Mount Holyoke College

Marquis Architecture and CSL Consulting partnered to facilitate a feasibility study for a deep energy retrofit of Ham & MacGregor Halls for Mount Holyoke College.  Marquis Architecture was brought in for their expertise in both historic buildings and energy efficient design.  With concerns about how to meet the college’s carbon neutral goals with their iconic historic building stock, they brought in Tracy Marquis to address the balance of the two priorities.
