Licensed in both Massachusetts and Maryland, Tracy has been practicing architecture for over 15 years. Her body of work spans a broad range of typologies and scales, ranging from large institutional projects to residential renovations. Tracy's expertise shines in the higher education and healthcare sectors where she is well versed in the intricacies of the institutional process, their sustainability needs and the complexities of working within the existing infrastructure.
Throughout her education and career, Tracy has focused her efforts on both Historic Preservation, the interest that initially brought her to architecture, and sustainability, a movement that is driving change within the industry. She brings her passion for our past and conviction in a sustainable future to all of her projects.
Now a sole practitioner, Tracy offers her experience as a designer, project manager and sustainability consultant to both clients and her peers.

Having worked with more than 20 different campuses, Tracy is well versed in the complexities of coordinating with large organizations with overlapping goals. Her institutional experience includes projects ranging from $2,000,000 to $80,000,000 and includes libraries, performing arts spaces, classrooms, labs, cafeterias, and office spaces.

As the sustainable design lead in three different mid-sized firms, Tracy's experience ranges from developing marketing materials, to LEED certifications services, to strategic planning for future growth and development within the expertise of sustainability. Tracy believes in preserving our countries history through the built environment while continuing to let it grow and thrive. She finds the greatest opportunities at the intersections of new and old.
Campus & Resource Planning
Tracy has worked extensively both within the confines of existing master plans, as well as on the development of new plans. She brings her understanding of sustainable systems to these plans, making sure they are integrated at both the building scale and the campus scale.
Office Buildings and Retail
In partnership with the national government, private developers and universities, Tracy has worked within the context of office parks, retail centers and mixed use complexes. Her experience includes core and shell office buildings, interior fit-outs, warehouse facilities and tilt-up construction for retail.
